This page explains what Cinento owns and how material belonging to other rights holders can appear across the service.
1) Cinento-owned material
The Cinento name and visual identity, interface design, site code and original editorial copy produced for the service are owned by Cinento or its licensors to the extent provided by applicable law.
2) Third-party artwork & trademarks
Movie and series titles, posters, images, team marks, trademarks and related metadata may belong to studios, leagues, broadcasters, platforms or other rights holders. Their appearance on Cinento is not a claim of ownership by Cinento.
3) External video playback
Movie, series, public live-TV channel and live-event playback may be embedded from independent external services. Cinento does not store or host those providers' video files on its own servers and does not have continuous control over their availability, advertising, quality or territorial restrictions.
4) Rights-holder requests
If you are a rights holder or authorized representative and believe a specific page, image, link or embed infringes your rights, use our Contact page and provide the work concerned, the exact Cinento URL, the basis of your rights claim and reliable contact information. We will review actionable notices and can remove or adjust the relevant reference when appropriate.
